Been here countless times and customer service has been great. Ava was the latest person to check me in and she was fantastic. Check in is always a breeze and so is returning the car. I like the fact that you can return the car even after the office closes. Usually there is someone on the 6th floor to check you in until 10PM. If it's after 10PM you can drop the keys off in the lock box outside of the 1FL office. Their toll free customer service is also exceptional. I've called several times and the wait times were surprisingly short. The agents were polite and able to resolve my issues each time.
