I feel so bad for taking so long to write this review because we went to Maui at the beginning of December and we had such a good experience here that I was passionate about wanting to write a review. Out of all the places that I’ve traveled to and rental cars I’ve gotten, I genuinely have never had a quicker, easier, more friendly experience. I even wrote down the name of the guy who helped us it was Roelan he was awesome :) it made me realize how important it is for the rental car experience to go well because it sets the tone for the rest of your trip. After having such a good experience, we were in such a good mood, the whole rest of the time I really mean that! Also, very aesthetically pleasing room, highly recommend .

Great service, no upselling and free upgrade. Car was reasonably clean. It had lots of small damage, but it was all documented very well. Rates were very reasonable, and their online system is way easier to use than most rental companies.
Would rent again if the price was right.
