Reserved a car one week before my intended travel. They recommended to install SIXT app to skip stopping at the front desk. I uploaded my documents onto the app but was not able to process it and had to go to the front desk. SIXT bus arrived just after waiting for few minutes at the airport. There was not much line at the front desk, so my documentation and etc finished in 15min. Special shout out to Elizabeth who was the staff who handled my documentation. She was welcoming, clear about the charges and quick. I got a BMW series 2 car and it was worth the price I paid. Car should have been cleaned but it was dirty, that’s my only complaint but I guess it’s because of the roads there. Apart from that it was a sweet ride. Will definitely rent from here again

This is the first time we’ve rented with Sixt, and overall it was a really good experience (so far! We haven’t returned the car yet). We had a ton of bags and ski equipment and were worried we wouldn’t be able to get a car that would fit everything plus be able to handle the potentially treacherous Vail Pass, with the forecast calling for lots of snow. Elizabeth was so helpful making sure we got a car that would meet all of our needs at a great price. She spent time looking at different options for us and was super friendly and professional.
