After experiencing some difficulties with a pre booked rental at another rental company, Sixt helped us immensely, accepting our Visa debit card as payment ( which the other company refused to do) and providing us with a very nice car ( Fiat Tipo) at a reasonable price. They said undercarriage is not included in the insurance even though I ticked it and i included everything, otherwise everything went well, the issue with similar car companies is that you dont know how good they are until you face an issue with the car.
