I've met nice and pleasant managers here, that handed me brand new Polestar 2 (260 km odo) instead of Tesla 3 (I can live with that hahaha). They even called me using built-in communication system to remind I was getting above the pre-payed mileage. I was also a bit worried as I had a change of plans and had to return the car at night. I didn’t know if they will be open (they were not), but as I can tell now, after getting the final invoice - procedure is working with German precision) So I’ve just locked the car, dropped the keys into Key Return safe and that’s all) Thank you guys and see you! P.S. The prices in this place at the time of this writing are just below everything. You just have to play with dates ;)

I had a good experience them. They did not have the car I reserved, obvuously. The one we got was kind of a better one, in my opinion. We got a Mazda 3, instead of VW T-Cross. Also, while returning we were running a bit late because of the immense traffic jam. They were kind enough to be flexible with it.
