Other than having the check engine light come on 2 days into our 7 day rental, our experience was great. The car was the perfect size for our road trip. Jennifer was absolutely fantastic and very helpful, it was such a pleasure dealing with her. I hope to do business with her again. The Audi was a dream and a great price, very sad that I wasn't given the opportunity to extend the contract but the helpdesk would not help at all and provided a much higher daily rate.
