Such an awesome experience with customer service. There was a line of people waiting to get their car and the man working the counter was so incredibly kind and positive and hilarious! I’ve experienced many places where the person working the counter is annoyed by the amount of people there, but not here!! Also-amazing car!

Seamless pick up from Dublin city centre and drop off at the airport, and really helpful staff. Got a really good deal, but then the additional insurance was quite costly - but the car was great to drive.

Their service is great. We took a car for our Galway trip and the car we got was the best for us. We rented a Renault Clio (petrol) along with gps, insurance for 2 days. It costed us €172 initially but there are hidden charges that are mlnot mentioned on the website or app.
The insurance coverage is charged when the car keys are being collected. Their service is on the expensive side but their service is great!
