We rented a car twice from Sixt. The first time we were in a family emergency and had problems with our charge card. They worked with us and worked out the problem. The second time was just as bad. The card would not work. We could not figure out why and the bank couldn't help. Sixt worked with us. Miranda, Luke, and Zeke all went above and beyond the call of duty to work with us to get a car. We will continue to rent a car with Sixt.

I got a spiffy black on black 2022 Range Rover Sport to go explore the Vail valley and eat some great food while visiting the cozy towns of Frisco, Breckenridge, and Steamboat! Not very personable at the time we checked in. Argued with me about the kind of car I requested. Said there us none available. Gave me only 2 choices in the class I requested. We walked outside and their lot was full of what we originally signed up for. Overall not a bad experience.
