To return your SIXT vehicle please follow directions towards Orlando Int. Airport. Depending on your final destination, the vehicle can be returned at Terminal A, B or C. For Terminal A and B, please follow airport signage leading you to "Car Rental Return" at your respective terminals. Once you have entered the parking garage, please follow SIXT signage guiding you to the return area. For Terminal C, please follow airport signage towards the parking garage. Follow SIXT signage to our return location on the 1st floor of the garage. In Terminal A and B, there is a key return box attached to the SIXT Booth that is designated for returns outside of hours. In Terminal C there is a key return box located near the return area. Please make sure you remove all belongings and lock the vehicle before you drop the key in the key return box.

Our branch is conveniently located in the airport’s rental car center. To reach the center, you will first want to head to the A-side of the Arrivals terminal on the Ground Transportation Level. From there, you will see signs that point to the rental car center, and there you will find our bright orange desk. When you wish to return your vehicle, you can do so at the same location. Just follow the signs for the Return Car Rental.

Had a rental booked with Thrifty. When I went to pick it up the line was 2+ hours long to get my vehicle. I walked over to SIXT and they had me booked and in a different vehicle within minutes.

I was skeptical after reading other reviews, but very pleased with my rental. I chose to skip the line when I booked, good choice BTW. Went right to the garage to get my keys, handed me my keys to a BMW suv. Always take a video from habit, wait for the email before leaving the garage to report any damage. If it doesn't match their email take the time to report it! This rental had minimal scratches and was amazing on gas! 10 out of 10 experience compared to any other rental I've received.

I’ve only rented cars a handful of times, but the process with Sixt was incredibly easy. I used the mobile app for check-in before we arrived at the counter. From arriving at the desk in the airport to pulling out of the garage, took only 15 minutes. And 10 of that was walking from point a to point b. The staff at each point was very friendly and helpful. The app walks you through an inspection process before you pull out. I have not experienced an easier pickup or drop off with a rental company. 100% recommend them and I will absolutely use them again.
