I took a late flight to Vegas and booked a car rental last minute, I got to Sixt at 1230 am, I was exhausted. As soon as ingot to the counter and was greater by Vila , I was not cranky anymore lol. She was sooo pleasant and happy. She was genuinely a very nice person easy to talk too. And fast. She can multi task.
