I flew into Maui on a late night flight approx 10:15pm on May 10th. The gentleman (sorry didn't catch your name) that processed my rental was phenomenal, we exchanged some good laughs while he sets up the paperwork for the vehicle. I've rented with Sixt in other locations and have had great experiences, but this team at OGG made it an unforgettable experience! Day 2 with the car unfortunately had a punctured tire, luckily I was able to drive it back to the airport and the gentleman again dealt with the situation professionally, stress-free, I was up and running in another SUV in no time, ready to hit the road again. I appreciate and am amazed by your customer service. I am a loyal Sixt client here on out, thanks to the team at OGG. Thank you so much and I will be back in the future, mahalo!

I am a guest at the four seasons hotel maui. I rented a car from enterprise rent a car. When I checked in the day before I picked up the truck I was told sixt rent a car took over. I thought this was going to be a problem boy was I wrong. The general manager Florian Goldhammer, Kandin, & Arianna treated me like family and made the transition seemless. Recently, while on an anniversary trip with my wife, they were kind enough (as we had overpacked) to upgrade us for little to no extra cost...
