I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Sixt in Boca Raton and I have to say that I was blown away by the level of service and professionalism I experienced. As someone who rents cars frequently, I have to say that this was by far the best rental car experience I've ever had.
From the moment I walked into the Sixt office, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Krisztian, the Sixt representative who helped me with my rental, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and he went out of his way to make sure that I had everything I needed for my trip.
The car I rented was in excellent condition and was exactly what I needed for my trip. Krisztian took the time to walk me through all of the features and controls of the vehicle, and he made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot.
Throughout my rental period, I had to make a few changes to my reservation, and Krisztian was always available to help me out. He was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed.
Overall, I have to say that I was extremely impressed with my experience at Sixt in Boca Raton. Krisztian and the rest of the team there truly went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great rental car experience, and I will definitely be renting from them again in the future. I’ll never rent from another company again. I was able to rent a bmw for the same price as a dirty junker I was renting for a couple weeks before at a different main rental company.
