Great, nice, and quick service at Waverley .
In Hawaii I had a bad experience with sixt and was hesitant to book here but had a lack of options. Glad I did though. Every employee we dealt with was nice and informative and quick. The car was clean and good as well. Would definitely book here again if I returned to Edinburgh.

Had a good easy experience with Sixt. They didn’t have the car I requested available so they upgraded me. Brought it back after hours and was able to simply drop the keys and got an email at 6:30 the next morning confirming the return. No surprise charges.

OMNi centre building. Enter on Greenside Row, bottom of OMNi building at the parking garage. Follow Sixt signs or Rental return signs.
Other than the frustratingly incorrect address on my email confirmation and the difficulty of finding the office, this was a great rental experience.
Got a free upgrade, which was sweet! My rental agent Adam (hope I remembered correctly) was great and very helpful.
Also, to all those complaining about refueling prices. You need to open your ears and understand what you're signing/agreeing to. The expensive refueling is only if you REFUSE to let sixt refuel the vehicle for you at market price. So if you plan to bring back full, no problems. Otherwise just choose to let sixt refuel upon your return. Simple.
