Driving in and out of Stockholm will most likely be done on the E4, E18 or E20, all which converge in the city. A congestion tax is charged for cars driving in or out of central Stockholm between 6:30 am- 6:30 pm, and a daily fee is included in the rental fees. Parking in the inner city can be expensive and is rather limited. Traffic is generally not a problem except for occasional rush hour backups on the north-side divide. Mornings tend to be slow for those commuting south-north and afternoons in the opposite direction. Make sure to keep an eye out for bus lanes as you will incur a fine if caught driving in these designated lanes.

I've rented twice in this station during the last year.
The first time - they gave us the exact model we booked - BMW 1. It was all OK, no problems during pick-up nor return.
The second time - we got a bit smaller car than we expected but we haven''t complained. It was Mercedes GLC hybrid, a great car for winter driving conditions.
All in all - the service was great. We topped up AdBlue (without prior notice) and got refunded after the return when we showed the receipt.
They are answering the phone (I wanted to return the car late at night the day before). 5/5

I didn’t have any problem while renting the car, which was new and of good quality. We had no additional unexpected fee neither.
Communication between Sixt and the customer could be better (I learned I was too young to subscribe to a full insurance the day I picked up the car), but otherwise I recommend.
