What I further like about Sixt is the unique app which is informative and covers everything of the whole rental process, even adding pictures of the damages of the care which were not stated in the rental agreement. The whole process is completely paperless. Love it.

The main reception staff by the desk was great. Thank you Alejandro for the free upgrade of vehicle model. He was very accommodating and friendly. The car he gave us was newish and very good interface. We were satisfied with the car. But on return they said we had a small scratch by the right front wheel bumper. The reception where you collect the vehicle is quite poorly lit so any small damage you wont be able to see. Retrospectively we should have taken pictures of the car as soon as we got out of the parking lot but there is no where to do this so we just carried on driving. And there is no way on earth we caused the scratch as we had a very secure spacious parking lot where we stayed.
