Our office is located on Avenida de Valdeparra 65, in Alcobendas industrial area. Coming from the A-1 motorway, take exit 16 towards 16 / M-616 / Alcobendas / PoI. Industrial / M-607. At the roundabout, take the third exit towards Av. De Valdelaparra and continue on Valdelaparra avenue until the third roundabout. At this roundabout take the 4th exit and the SIXT office will be on your right side.

Great place ! I rented a car for 3 days and the experience was great. The staff was great and welcomed us pretty nicely. The car was ready ahead to pick up time. The agent showed us the map around Madrid and where we need to park (due to environmental regulations), as well as the return options. The overall process took 5 minutes. We returned the car back at Madrid Atocha Train station and the process was easy. It took us few minutes to drop the car and leave. Well done to SoxT team, overall great to rent from your office and it is highly recommended. The service and the car type / standards are really high, you raised the bar in terms of customer service satisfaction.

I’ve rented from nearly every rental car company in Madrid (and a fair amount in other countries as well) and this is by far the best rental experience I have ever had in Spain.
The entire process was seamless, the prices are reasonable, and the customer service is so much better than anywhere else. The customer experience is everything and they nailed it.
Update: I’ve rented from them several times since this original review - they’re still awesome and the customer service is still fantastic. They deserve more than five stars.
