I have rented from Sixt multiple times while in playa and they are wonderful. I never had any extra charges and they are always up front with everything.
I have never had any issues with Sixt and I’ve rented with them in the USA / Germany and Cancun. This branch specifically is wonderful and very friendly and have always went above and beyond for me. Thank you 🙏🏻

Good experience. They speak English very well and take time for you. Before you get the car there is a checkup for preexisting damages. I paid 70 euros for one day with the 100 percent insurance. They don't try to rip you off. Would rent again...
