Car rental in Monterrey

I never use another rental company other than Sixt - here's why TL:DR - Sixt has quality vehicles, never left me without a car, the workers here made my proposal to my fiancée possible, and I'll never use ANY other car rental company I've been using Sixt since I turned 21 for all my car rental needs here in MTY and Mexico City. But today we're specifically talking about this location at the airport in MTY. Shout-out to Roberto (shuttle driver/ car deliverer), Andrea (check in/ check out lady), and Teresa (the lovely lady a part of custodial) These three individuals have always gone above and beyond with their service and making sure all my needs were met. I've rented from here three times in the past year and they've never left me stranded without a car. Even with the pandemic going on, they've always met my vehicle needs. We routinely rent to drive 14+ hours across Mexico and their vehicles have never let us down. I highly recommend renting the Chevy Malibu or Volkswagen Passat from this location because not only were the vehicles nicely equipped, but they also sat 5 adults comfortably with all of our luggage! These guys also made my proposal to my fiancée easier by having a Dodge Grand Caravan available to fit all of the decorations and her family in, to make the day just perfect. Plus the price that you pay online, is the price that pay! I know other companies that will add on fees at the counter (I'm looking at you Hertz) but these guys don't. As long as you're at least 21 and have a license, you can rent from these lovely people. If you're the owner and you're reading this, please give Teresa, Roberto and Andrea a raise because they deserve it for their always positive attitude and willingness to serve!
