Staff were friendly and patient working with us in English. Response of concerns related to winter tires (mandatory in Luxembourg) was timely and the process for exchanging vehicles as well as extending the contract was smooth. Appreciate the efforts made by staff to engage with us in a language they may not have been fluent in.

By lux airport Sixt, I received an excellent service, she helped me changing the car from fully elec to fuel car, and arranged the way that I don't have to fill in the tank when I return the car, so all arrangements by her made me safely and most conveniently back to Amsterdam.
I was not familiar with this BMW X1 automatic car, luckily a very friendly young staf passed by when I was in the garage, he helped by explaining and showing me how to start and drive this car. I am very grateful.
