The rental agent (I believe her name is Anna) was very helpful and friendly. We were glad she spoke good English. We ended up upgrading our car due to the luggage size, recommended by the agent, and glad we did. The office is small but easy to locate. A lot of rental car companies were closed on Sunday in Venice, but Sixt was open and had competitive pricing.

My sales agent was fantastic! Despite my limited Italian, she made check in easy, had a great personality and smile while reviewed my coverage and escorting me to my car. She was conscientious and made the start of my journey from Naples to Tuscany a delight. Hope you can retain and promote this terrific representative of your company in Naples.

I didn't have any issues this summer. The car was very good. The only catch is paying attention where you need to return the car. I left it in the garage where I picked it up and this typically costs extra but I explained that I read their email too late and they didn't charge me. Filling the tank back up in Mestre was challenging but I managed to do it in the end. Sixt were a little more expensive than their competitors in Venice but they had better reviews, and I didn't want to risk it. I was quite happy with my choice.
