The renting experience was smooth, on time and quick. Car was nice and hybrid, so the traveling wasn't too expensive fuelwise.
Everything was as agreed in insurance policy with no surprises, hidden fees etc.
Huge thank you to the amazing Giorgio, who explained everything clearly and helped us navigate route for the best Sicilian experience, made sure we have water for the trip back to the airport, we felt truly cared for!

We rented a car from SIXT downtown for a day to drive around and up Mount Etna. Valentina and her staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was straightforward, and we received a brand new, pristine vehicle. Returning the car after hours was also a breeze. If you’re staying in downtown Catania and want to explore the surrounding towns around Mount Etna, I highly recommend renting from this location!

Renting a car made easy!
Arrived at what I thought was a well established Sixt location only to learn they had been opened for two days, yet Valentina had the location running like a well oiled machine. Valentina customer care was perfect, assured we had everything and was confident to travel Sicilian streets. On our return, we were delayed due to fires and smoke on A19 yet Valentina facilitated a smooth return.
Support from Valentina made car rental in a different country smooth and easy.
