I have used Sixt several times when I needed to hire a car because of extra guests or, recently, when my car gave up the ghost and I'm between cars. I was easily able to book on line. I received a friendly and personal greeting the morning of pickup, when I was given a professional presentation of terms and the car itself. The car was not the same I saw on line, but a good equivalent and in perfect condition -- clean and working well. All in all it was an easy experience to hire a car and return it.
