First rental with SIXT and will definitely use again. We opted for the mystery vehicle option and were very happy with the VW Tiguan provided after answering a few questions about our intended travel and luggage (the other option of a Suzuki Swift would not have been so comfortable). Just under 30k km on the clock and in very good condition with some expected wear and tear well documented by staff. Staff very friendly and informative, providing great directions and stressing the abundance of various cameras throughout QLD to be mindful of. I was also pleased that we weren't pushed to purchase the "full coverage" option as we have experienced in the past with other rental companies - the credit cards rental car excess insurance was a welcomed alternative. Return was easy and fast. We were greeted at the vehicle and after a brief walk around the vehicle the attendant was very friendly and struck up some conversation about our holiday before sending us on our way happy with the vehicle condition. A very pleasant experience and look forward to the next time.
